I completed the defense of Vigil's Keep by killing the The Herald.  There is supposed to be a Medic somewhere where I can purchase a Master Health Poultice Recipe, but I don't see a Medic anywhere.  Where is the Medic?

Should be a mage who will show up right after Varel gets speared by the ogre. It's about half-way through the battle, should be a pause in combat so you can vendor.
