On my first playthrough i lost Jack cause during the Jack - Miranda argument both paragon and renegage were greyed out so i had to choose a side and of course lost the loyalty of that person and she die in the last battle.
On the 2nd playthrough i made sure to make all the right decisions when it came to the fight between miranda and jack i was able to choose the renegade option and kept both loyal, i tough i was good until i got into the Tali - Legion argument where ONCE AGAIN both options we're greyed out. I choose Tali and even tough i did'nt use Legion AT ALL during the suicide mission he died and i did'nt get the achivement.
Now i'm on my 3rd playhrough, i'M wondering, if i dont activate Legion in the first place ? Would this be good enough to get me that darn achievement once and for all ?

There are no bonuses for being neutral...Or inbetween. Just stick with the paragon choices.
Just so you now, paragon appear higher than the rest in the wheel. Also try to do all sub-missions.
(If I am not mstaken, even when you take missions from scanning planets you raise up your paragon...If you bought the game with Cerberus Zaeed's mission will also give more paragon!)
Just so you know, in order to fully survive the Suicide mission
1) Upgrade fully your ship
2) Do all loyalty (second) missions with each character when they ask you
3) Go full paragon
4) In suicide mission choose (I will tell you my personal choices)
- Garrus as the first squad leader
- Tali/Legion as hacker/tech
- Jack/Samara as biotic
- Grunt as return captives to Normandy
5) I think this is optional but try to upgrade also what the squad members give that is not relevant to ship upgrading...
I think that should do it.
Still read a walkhtrough or two and even try to see a youtube suicide mission video just to be sure and not go for a 4th playthrough

Also if you really can't get past the Jack/Miranda argument... side with Jack. Miranda has a very high survival rate in the suicide mission regardless of loyalty. It's also easier to get her loyalty back after the argument as... surprise... she listens to reason better than Jack.

I'll have to check this, but I believe it is easier to meet the requirements for a Renegade choice on Jack/Miranda while it's easier to get the Paragon choice for Legion/Tali. If I had to choose which of these confrontations where I absolutely had to lose someone's loyalty, I'd go with Jack/Miranda and side with Jack. This would ruin any chances to romance Miranda, but she is the hardest squadmate to kill at the end of the game.
If you find yourself going to the final battle without everyone's loyalty, there is one vital point in the Suicide run where you have to be careful on who you leave behind. For the team that must "hold the line" while you're off on the final battle, there is an overall defense score that each squadmate contributes. If this score fails to meet a certain point, your unloyal squadmates will die and then your weakest loyal squadmates. Your strongest defenders are Grunt, Zaeed, and Garrus. If someone is unloyal on your team, it is in your best interest to leave these three squadmates behind to hold the line to increase your defense score and your chances of success. And make sure whoever you take with you on the final battle is loyal or they'll die, too.

No! Dude, do not do that. Send a loyal Mordin! Or loyal Tali. You'll need Grunt to hold the line if you have any unloyal squadmates.

This is why people find it easier to meet the persuasion check for Jack/Miranda the sooner they get both their loyalty missions done. This is also how an imported game where you had a high paragon/renegade score from ME1 helps you as well, because it'll give you some breathing room on the points that count toward the percentage.

By game's end, both bars are near max ... sure, I'll have some options greyed out, but I can always pick the other option instead.
Meaning, I'll intimidate miranda/jack, and charm tali/legion.

1. With the Miranda/Jack catfight, consider respeccing. I couldn't pass this check for quite a while. Then, I randomly decided to respec to Shock Trooper (+100% Paragon) and try it again. That time, I had no problem solving the fight while keeping both of them loyal. Just remember that the fight pops up after both Miranda and Jack's loyalty missions are done.
2. If you can't pass the initial check, side with Jack. You can get Miranda's loyalty back later via an (easier to pass) Paragon or Renegade choice. Jack, on the other hand, will refuse to talk to you ever again.
3. I'd send Mordin back with the crew. He's unusually squishy, even when he's loyal, so sending him back ensures his survival. At least, if he's loyal. I have no idea what happens if he's not loyal. Regardless, sending Mordin back with the crew is nearly a must to keep him from dying.

Escorts die on the way back if they're not loyal.
The crew makes it either way, though.

Side with either Jack or Miranda. I recommend siding with Jack, as she can create the biotic field to keep the swarms away. Miranda can be a Fire Team leader but Garrus is far better in that regard.
For the tech expert, send either Tali, Legion or Kasumi.
Fire Team Leader is either Garrus or Miranda. If Miranda isn't loyal, pick Garrus.
Addendum: You can actually also pick Jacob for the very first Fire Team mission. After that, pick either Garrus or Miranda.
Biotic Specialist, Jack or Samara. If Jack isn't loyal, pick Samara.
Having Mordin escorting the crew back to safety is a good thing, since people seem to have issues with him keeling over (i've never had it, but still).
For the fight against the human reaper, pick any two. Garrus, Grunt and Zaeed have the largest defensive bonuses, so leave them to hold the line. DO NOT bring any squadmate who isn't loyal to the final fight or you'll have him/her killed from the falling debris after defeating the boss.
When you give your squadmates the order to fall back to the ship, they'll all make it leaving just the three of you to deal with the Reaper. Kill it, head back to the ship and you are one achievement richer.

With Miranda/Jack or Legion/Tali side with the emotional party then after they leave the room go make up with the calm party. That is, side with Jack/Tali and then explain to Miranda/Legion that you only took their side because they were emotional. It takes less renegade/paragon.
