I had to re-install the toolset due to a virus. I can see my modules in Windows Explorer but don't know how to access them through the toolset. Any tips on how to load them?

unless you backedup your database or made a builder to builder before reinstall you are screwed. and will have lost the module while you still have some resources available that can be reused in a new module.
