How do you get the dragon age armor to come up under downloadable content ? I have regesitered the dragon age origins game .

For some reason the Blood Dragon Armor isn't a selectable option on the Dragon Age start screen like the other ones are. However, if you go "redeem code" on your Bioware Social account and enter the Blood Dragon Armor code then it will show up as a registered promo for both Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2. Then when you log in to either game you will be able to download it.
