I tried modding, game broke. Tried all the things you said to do, still broke. Error message displayed was "the module campaing.cif is missing" was displayed when I tried to load my game. Right now Im trying a reinstall against your recommendation but if that doesnt work, Im screwed.
Anyone have any thoughts on my problem?

If you're having problems with the game freezing during cutscenes or other things, it could be due to an addin improperly configured.Sekireigan wrote...

Look in your "addins" folder under Documents...Bioware...
Find any *.CIF files for addins you have installed. Open the CIF with the toolset, and look for the value "module_core" as the entry point. If you see that, just delete the value to make it blank. That fixed all of the problems I was having with freezes.
If you've made your own addins, make sure you don't have its entry script set to module_core in the module properties.

I have no files in the "addins" folder. there is no freeze; my new face has just been remove, but i can't replace it.
