DRAGON AGE SURVIVOR

The Companions and Warden have been Shipwrecked on a large barren Island, where a ship only comes every few months. With very limited supplies a companion must be sacrificed each day for them to survive, especially the Warden. Going on until only the Warden and a single last companion survives.
The companion with the most votes in each poll will be the one getting killed.
Voting will close at 21:00 GMT+2 every day.
Day 9
Prelude:
"How bad is it?" asked the Warden as she surveyed the scene. It had been a miracle they had survived that storm, but most of the crew, save for her and the companions had been killed. What remained were a few boxes of food, a great deal of water and four steel golems, under her direct command.
Loghain turned and shook his head. "The ship is done for, warden. Only thing we can do now is wait for the next one to come pick us up. I give it two months until they arrive."
"But we only have food for two weeks. What shall we do?" pointed out Wynne.
"Simple." reasoned Sten "Ration the food and catch fish. There should be plenty around this Island."
The Warden agreed with the course of action and they set to it.
Day 1 - Dog
Sten's proposed plan had worked well, for a time. Until they ran out of supplies and the fish dwindled around the Island. With food scarcer and scarcer the Warden, and everyone else, knew that desperate measures would have to be taken, and soon.
People spoke badly of cannibalism, but when it come down to dying of starvation you did what you had to. Thankfully it would not have to come to that yet.
The Warden knew her proud Mabari was still fat, even after so many weeks with barely little food. She had little choice. One night as he lay sleeping against her, she took our her knife severed his jugular, the beast could barely awake before it died.
There was a slight shock around the campsite of what she did, but hunger was stronger then their need for protest. It was an animal after all, not some good friend.
Day 2 - Wynne:
The warden sat on sandy ground, not tearing her gaze away from the dirt mound which served as the grave for her faithful dog. She had come here last night after dinner, and had buried what little remained of her proud mabari.
She stood there for what seemed like hours until a not-so distant sound ringed in her ears. Giving the tomb one last glance she got up and headed in it's direction. She spotted Zevran on the lookout in what seemed like an Oasis, standing guard apparently.
"Ah my dear warden. So glad you could join us, perhaps you and I could..."
"Can it, Zev." she silenced the elf, not having the time or mood for his proposals "Now what is going on..."
She stopped dead in her tracks at the sight of Loghain, Oghren and Sten, shirtless, what appeared like large pits. She had to stop herself from blushing as she saw their muscular sexy bodies at work.
"What is going on here?" she asked once she had regained her composure. Looking up, Sten quickly answered.
"What does it look to you? We are digging graves" he stated deadpanned before returning to work.
She was at a loss for words, until Loghain spoke "Surely you know by now that our only way to survive is to resort to cannibalism. We are merely thinking ahead."
She wanted to argue, to scream at them, but she knew they were right. They had to survive, or at least SHE had to survive, or else any talk of peace with the Qunari would end. No one, not even Alistair King as he was, didn't matter as much as she did. She turned to leave when Loghain spoke again.
"You will need to deal with the elder mage first. She will not take kindly at all to such methods, and if she sides against you then that fool Alistair and the Bard Leliana will flock to her."
She stopped, dead in her tracks, seething at Loghain but not having any retort for the man was right. Turning to Zevran she gestured for him to follow.
They found Wynne working at the camp, making sure their fire remained burning through magical means as their wood was at premium. Zevran slipped her a vial, which she uncorked and poured the liquid within on her blade.
Making sure it went along both sides of the blade she rushed towards Wynne, stabbing her once in the arm with it. The mage didn't even register surprise on her face before she collapsed.
Moving quickly before the mage woke up, the warden placed her hand at the base of her skull and charged magic. Harnessing the power of lighting she released it as a powerful bolt, killing Wynne instantly.
Suffice to say most of the other companions were not at all happy, especially Justice, Sigrun, Alistair and Leliana. Even going so far as to ready their weapons for battle. But at a quick snap of her fingers, the Golems came to life. The Warden's message clear: I have absolute control here.
They ate in sombre silence, until Zevran decided to break the mood.
"No one has taken the bosom? Why then we can't let it go to waste now can we?"
Day 3 - Velanna
She glided through the water, her naked form glittering from the rays of sunlight, showing her in all her splendor.
Velanna felt at peace here, one of the few places on sandy piece of land that she could comune with nature and forget about the events that had transpired around this Island.
As she reached the shore and reached for her clothes she suddenly felt cold steel against her throat. Before she could even react her assaulter had cut her, not too deeply but enough for the poison on the blade to enter her bloodstream. Collapsing she was turned by her assaulters, coming face to face with Oghren and Zevran.
"Hmph. Nice move there, elf, but you should have just finished her." said Oghren in grudging respect for the assassin's skills.
"Warden's orders." replied Zevran "Our beloved commander wants us to bring her alive, said she has special plans for our lovely elf here."
Dressing her, they took her back to camp. Were they left her gagged and tied near the warden's hut, guarded by the Steel Golems. Everyone else was around the Island, trying to fish or cooling at the various ponds.
The Warden came with Loghain in sight, without speaking a word they dragged Velanna near the fire and set her close.
"How are you going to do this?" asked the old Teryn in all seriousness.
"Magic...the worst kind." answered the Warden as she gathered all the lyrium she had left "It occurs to me she will not be enough for us all. So I will do what needs to be done."
Taking Flemeths Grimoire she started chanting a spell from it, until her lips turned red. Closing the book she moved towards Velanna, standing only a few centimeters close to her. Removing the gag she suddenly kissed the elf, much Loghain's surprise.
But it was not right, felt Velanna. Something was wrong. a cold started to creep into her limbs, first her legs then her lower body and creeping towards her head. She tried screaming, trashing about madly until her arms stopped responded. The last thing she saw was the warden pulling back, a grim expression on her face.
"What did you..." asked Loghain, in obvious shock.
"Blood Magic. I have literally sucked the soul out of her and devoured it, it will provide nourishment for me for a while." at the sight of Loghain drawing his sword to strike her she added "Don't bother, it took me all my lyrium and weeks of preparation to do this. I will not be able to repeat it."
A "Hmph" was the only response as they set her above the fire.
Day 4: Zevran
The evening sun was setting down the horizon, on the coast Zevran sat upon a blanket, trying to use the last rays of sunlight to his advantage. One could never be to careful with his look, even in this situation.
At the sudden feeling of earth shaking he opened his eyes, to see the warden emerge from behind him, a trio of golems at her back.
"Oh? Is it time for me to leave, my dear warden." he asked
"What? no." she responded, somewhat disturbed by his bluntness "Sigrun sighted a flock of Sea Gulls heading towards the Island. I am taking the others to see if we can capture them, hopefully they will last us long enough."
"Ah, I see." he said "Then what is you want for me. Surely you do not want me to go bird hunting." At her look he understood "Ah but you do. Very well my dear warden, just give me a moment."
She gave him a quick peck on lips then left, her golems behind her. She was getting paranoid, he thought, but given the situation better paranoid then dead.
As he reached for his shirt he spotted a bird landing on the beach, looking curiously at it's surroundings. Seeing the opportunity he quickly knelled next to it and caught it with his deft hands.
"You, my feathered friend, are going to be quite useful. Come we must take you to..." he said before he was stopped by a sudden warcry.
"DEATH TO ALL PIGEONS." and with that Shale suddenly charged and smashed him full force into a nearby tree. The bird however escaped and flew off, followed by a very angry golem.
And it had started as such a beautiful day.
Day 5 - Loghain
Loghain peered through the spyglass, hoping to spot any passing ship, but as it had been since Day One no ship came close. As he was about to drop it he suddenly felt cold steel against his throat.
Decades of fighting experience kicked in, and he snapped into action. Sending a well placed kick to his attacker, he sent him stumbling back while he turned to see who it was.
He saw Alistair clutching his dangles in obvious pain, his sword a few feet close to him.
"Ah, so the whelp finally decides to show his true color." he quipped, folding his arms "I thought the warden kept you on a tight leash."
"You....bastard.." Alistair breathed "You deserve...to .."
"Die? Well then your highness. Give it your best." Loghain said amused.
In a rage Alistair charged, only for Loghain to sidestep his attack and punch him in the chin, sending him once again stumbling back.
"Again." Loghain commanded, as he stood there without even having drawn his sword. Alistair charged again, aiming for the teryn's head, but in the last moment Loghain ducked, drew his shield and slammed Alistair full force. Sending him crashing to the ground.
Before he could recover Loghain had planted his boot on the young king's chest, sword drawn and only a few inches from Alistair's neck.
"How Maric would cry to see his son so pathetic." Loghain mocked, and readied to deliver a final blow.
Before he could do so, a white pigeon landed on his shoulder.
"What...." he asked in surprise. But he never finished his question as a raging golem came speeding from the hills and smashed Loghain with a ton of rock, making him into a fine paste. The pigeon however disappeared into the great blue.
On a nearby hill did it land, and suddenly turned into Morrigan who smugly said "Would seem you owe me, dwarf." she said.
"No fair." muttered Oghren, as he refused to pay "Against the rules to use your magic."
"The rules mention no such thing." she replied still holding her hand extended.
"Pashara." said Sten "This is useless. Let us go and see if we can find any more birds that Golem has not killed, if we are to eat tonight.
Day 6 - Oghren:
Morrigan walked into camp. The others were hunting sea gulls on the other end of the Island, leaving her and Sigrun on guard. The Legionnare Scout was currently dozing off, leaving Oghren to attend to birds that were roasting above the campsite.
Looking up he noticed Morrigan coming. "Ah, so you come eh? Finally decided to try the Oghren experience?"
"I would sooner turn myself into a nug and run wild into a pack of wolves." she said disdainfully.
"Oh?" he replied loathing "What I wouldn't give for a good nug steak, would beat this woman's food we have to eat."
"That can be arranged." she said, smirking and raised her hands to mutter a spell.
"Hey, what..." and before he could continue Morrigan released the spell, turning Oghren into a nug. The Oghren-Nug let loose a loud squeal which woke up Sigrun in an instant.
"Huh...." she said, rubbing her eyes, when she opened them fully in front of her stood the Nug, still squealing at Morrigan "Why, by the ancestors. Come here you little rodent." she said grabbing her axe.
Oghren speed of in fear, followed by a determined dwarf. Morrigan watch in amusement as Oghren speed around the campsite until Sigrun caught him and beheaded him in a swift stroke.
"Wait...were is Oghren?" asked Sigrun as she took the nug to be roasted on the fire.
"You wouldn't want to know." chuckled Morrigan.
DAY 7 - Justice
He stood at the edge of the beach, his gaze upon the sea. He watched the rolling waves of the water, the seagulls flying overhead and could only be mesmerized by the beauty of it.
He did not sea the Orlesian ship until it was too late. A balista was quickly aimed and fired in his direction, cutting off his head cleanly.
"We should have warned him." muttered Nathaniel.
"And miss this spectacle? I think not." replied Morrigan.
"You are a sick woman! The others die around us and you can only think of your amusement!"
"Only the strongest will survive."
DAY 8- Alistair
The Orlesians landed on the Island soon after Justice's death, the Warden had her cadre of golems and had crushed them all and took the ship. Unfortunately the ship's logs showed that a great armada was sailing nearby, trying to escape would most likely mean their deaths.
Alistair walked on the sandy beach, near where Justice had died. The Spirit had been one of the few beings on this Island that he could relate to. And now he was gone, just as Duncan was gone.
He was intrerupted as he suddenly felt a cold blade against his neck. He could barely make out that it was the warden.
"Morrigan told me you killed Loghain." she said, her tone revealing how angry she was.
"What? No! That golem of yours Shale was behind it. In case you didn't notice by the way his body was when you found him." he replied, though the blade was brought deeper against his skin, almost cutting in.
"That may be...but I am told you went an attempted to murder him. No matter how Shale finished the job, you will be the one to pay."
With a quick slash, she cut off Alistair's head, leaving the body to fall down.
