So I was just wondering how i was suppose to continue the quest here if both the doors in the room you fight the demon remain locked after winning?


Or should I simply reload a few more times and hope they dont glitch with me trapped in the room as I have had to do a few times.

Yeah, best to reload if you can, this quest is extremely glitchy. Took me four times reloading to actually get it finished.
