I decided to help Harrowmont since he seemed least liable to screw everything up. However, in the ending credits, it was stated that he was too weak to hold onto power and the city fell apart once more.
Does that happen no matter what so long as you choose Harrowmont, or is it because I didn't do any of the sidequests there that might have supported the city? Or perhaps because of a choice I made in regards to the main questline?
