 How do you research Advanced Training (to get bonus power), and how do you get retrain (reassign all skill points)?

Advanced training is unlocked after you complete the first loyalty mission. The actual powers available depend on which loyalty missions you've completed before (across all playthroughs).

Retraining is unlocked after Horizon.

Advanced Training becomes available when you've completed at least one Loyalty Mission to get a Bonus Power. On subsequent playthroughs, it will be available from the beginning of the game.



Retrain Powers becomes available after Horizon.
