Whenever I login to the Dragon Age servers on Xbox 360
(which happens automatically when I'm connected to Xbox Live) I am greeted
by an error message. It says that my profile information could not be
retrieved, or something to that affect.

The exact error message is as follows:

 “Unable to access your online profile storage. The game has
encountered an error.”

 
Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix
it?

Nevermind. I fixed the problem by deleting a certain character I created. Must've been corrupt data or something.
