ive heard about the dexterity-bug, but what exactly is the thing with it?
is it still worth rolling a dex-based char or is cunning the way to go?

Cunning. Dexterity is not applying damage to bows and daggers like it should. When I want to play a dex build, I play on casual.

The saddest part is that it's a minor tweak to fix this bug and in six months they haven't done sh*t. I wouldn't get your hopes up for any fixes since in six months all they've managed to do is break the game even more. (1.03 patch....)
