Had no idea what to title this.

Ok, so the basic of the problem is this:

I went to my sister's with my hard drive to download content off of her roommate's boyfriend's xbox. I did this because I have horrible I-hate-it-here dial-up. I downloaded Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, and Cerberus Armor on the hard drive and brought it back to my place where it prompty told me it was corrupt.

No matter how I download these three I cannot get them to not be corrupt. What's going on here? I gather that using someone else's Xbox with my hard drive was a mistake...not sure why but it was the likely cause for this. The other downloads have been me bringing the entire Xbox to my sister's and downloading. They work perfectly.

So how do I finally get Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, and Cerberus Armor?

Yes, that content might be tied to the other xbox. It's still tied to your gamertag as well (assuming you redeemed the Cerberus Network code with your own gamertag), but you will need to be online to be able to use them. There is a license migration you could try at xbox.com, but I assume it's only for transferring content licenses when you get a new xbox. I honestly don't know how it works, but maybe you could find some info here:

That's how you should always do it, otherwise, your content gets licensed to your sister's Xbox and not yours.

You'll have to migrate your licenses to your Xbox via the link posted higher up in the thread, if you want to play offline. Or just connect to Live while you play.

Edit: Here's an explanation from the Xbox Engineering website:
