I'm not pleased with EA or Bioware right now, I purchased some months ago, Pinnacle Station for the PC. I ended up reinstalling Windows Vista recently, and now I have no way to redownload Pinnacle Station, and will end up having to pay another $5.00 to get it again.

I can't even use the Pinnacle Station I have, and everytime I try and login to customer service, to try and contact somebody at EA, jerks give me a bunch of bull, to the effect that I typed in the wrong password, when in fact I typed in the correct one.

I'm to the point of filing consumer fraud charges against EA over this incident. There is no excuse hitting me up for another $5.00 to redownload Pinnacle Station for the PC version of Mass Effect. On top of this, I can't even find a phone number to call EA, and have a talk with them.
