Can you for example....

Specialize in two different archetypes?  e.g. ranger/bard or blood mage/spirit healer.

Please advise.

Yes. You get two specialization points throughout your career - one at level 7, and another at level 14. You can spend those points to open up a 4 talent deep line in that specialization provided you have unlocked it.
