I actually like the ME:G look than the ME2 one. In ME2, he looks way old for someone who is young. He looks better clean-shaven and hairless for me.

He did look older then his age in ME2, but that is probably just another case of the age plot hole.

They should really give him his ME:G armor in any appearance pack that includes him, it's a nice set of armor.

But did anyone assume that Jacob was around 28 years of age as indicated on the ME official website? Or did anyone thought he was a bit older/younger?

Hey guys, I've been busy fighting evil and what not.... and thinking about more Mass Effect cross overs... because it is super fun.... character dress packs IN MY MIND FOR FREE!!!!!!  So this time it is DBZ.... because I love show that takes 50 episodes to screw in a light bulb...  for JT I'm thinking some one like Tien Shin-han... (not just because they are both bald and have three eyes...) because Tien isn't the most stand out guy (omg he has three eyes ftw <3) but because like JT he has your back even if he is out-matched.  I'm still playing with the ideas.

Also a question.  If anyone has played Galaxy does it go into Miranda and Jacob's relationship in that game?  One thing I really hate about the way bioware wrote JT in ME2 was that they make all these references to things like past romance or adventures as a corsair and then never mention it or explore it again.  It would be a great path for character developement but maybe they expect you to develope the character yourself by buying their filthy mini games.  Is it just laziness or selling out... I don't know but it was a point of disapointment for me and so I wanted to know if anyone knew who had played the mini-game or w/e it was. 

Really though... they bothered to develope Miranda in all sorts of ways and they had so much material they could have used for Jacob but they slacked.  People keep saying JT is an average guy, and in some ways he is... especially compared to some crew members, however.... Jacob was in the alliance, saved the citadel and the council, and he was a magical space pirate of the "good" variety!  That's hardly the average background... the engineers are average... I'd say Jacob is above and beyond that by an enourmous leap.  Though honestly it's hard to say more since... well what with the poor writing....  Mentioning things that seem like they would be explored further and then being like "AND NOW WE SHALL NEVER SPEAK OF THIS AGAIN!!!!"

Anyway... sorry for the ranting wall of text...

I think they did slack upon Jacob. I mean, he had such a good first impression when you meet him at the Cerberus station. He was nice, friendly and honest. But then with the Normandy, he just became... "average" to people. So his first impression is gone and replaced with a cocoon of what should have been there.



I kind of wished I had an ipod touch or iphone so I could try the game at least to get some lore, but I don't have one... D:
