Edit: I hope you can spill drinks at Darkstar Lounge with Jacob in ME3. I can see the conversation between him and Shepard that hooked up with Miranda.

Jacob: "You are better man than I am Shepard. I couldn't put up with Miranda's ego and her bull****."

Shepard : "Why do you think I started drinking so much Jacob?"

Jacob: "Just lay off the ryncol, last time Grunt had to carry both of us back to the Normandy."

Grunt: "You humans are heavier than you look."

That would be one of the most hilarious things I ever saw in ME...

An armor for Jacb would be enough, Colossus X for example, I'm sure they are still making them, except that Bioware decided to give us fancy looking armor with crappy shields instead of Colossus X armor.
I miss my Colossus X squad from ME1, I DEMAND ARMOR CUSTOMAZATION FOR SQUAMATES IN ME3!!!
Everybody needs proper armor!

Agreed.  Although there has been a movement to return him to his Mass Effect: Galaxy looks, I don't mind him having hair.

I don't mind him with hair too, first Bioware should do something about his character, that's more important too me.

You forgot to add that they were Cerberus logos everywhere, hell the base was a Cerberus logo and that Bioware already announced we will be working with Cerberus, so there was no suprise.

I should of worked that in Gash. I can go back and edit it in. It wouldn't take much. I always thought it was stupid for Miranda to get snarky about that. I mean Shepard kills dozen of Cerberus operatives in ME1.....like he/she wouldn't pick up on the logo.

I dont care about hair.  Armor would be fantastic... for everyone.  I also think Jacob looks much better like this then in his spandex.  Maybe that is one of the many reasons he says he has problems with Cerberus.... they make him wear spandex... no man should have to do that.... though I don't think women should really be going around in it either.... I pretty much just hate spandex....

Jacob:"You didn't let me finish Doc. I saw Yeoman Chambers...with the Urz on the Kodiak."

Jacob: "You see something like that and it makes you want to set up a session with the ship's counselor."

Mordin: "Problematic when counselor is source of emotional distress. Hmm...have a bottle of ryncol. Was studying it as possible alternative disinfecting agent. Small dosage should help you forget disturbing imagery."

There has been some recent discussion of Jacob and Miranda's relationship in the Miranda thread.  It's a little hard for me to contribute knowledgeably when I haven't played Mass Effect: Galaxy.  Still, we get enough of an impression of their relationship from dialogue in ME2 and the details about ME:G's plot found on the internet.
