While people always say they would have liked to seen more Thane-Jacob (I'm one of them, an opportunity to give more weight to Jacob's mistrust), I would've liked to have seen more Legion and Jacob interaction. Obviously he distrusts the machine should you active it given his service on Eden Prime. But I can't really think of what they'd talk about. A disbelief that there is two separate geth factions? Trying to understand what the geth think of humanity and their insight into the heretic's joining Saren against organics? Maybe his questions would mirror Shepard's only he would be more stubborn about talking to it, at first.
