The biggest problem I had with Jacob's loyalty mission was: How the **** did they got thermal clips?!

Lol, I didn't even notice that at all. If they'd left the thermal clips out completely, I would've noticed their absence, and I'm not sure I would've been pleased with it. It would've meant another mission with little fighting.
