It's a joke from somewhere at the beginning of this thread, someone started comparing Jacob to Picard and that ispired me to make this motivational. When I was udating the OP with the Mini Jacob banner I got inpired to make a Jacob-Luc Picard banner.
It's a heavy risk to drink hot tea, but the earl greey...
