Both Jacob and Garrus are like peas from the same pod, wanting to do the "right" thing or make a difference without being encumbered by all the rules and regulations. Aside from character abilities, why did Bioware make them so alike?

I don't see that. Garrus is a lot more passionate and hot-headed than Jacob. Jacob is pretty laid back about...well, everything. If anythihng, I felt like Jacob was like the more chillaxed Kaiden.

Wish I knew who that was, thread got nuked so I can't find out who that mother****er was.

That's why I forgot about it, I was mainly focused on the pics. He insulted The Priiize and that means we must space him/her!

Seriously, though. I like Jacob. He's just, what was it Joker said? He's far too nice a guy to be that good at killing. I feel like he's just the most well-adjusted person in the galaxy. He's clearly very good at seperating his emotions from his actions (well, he couldn't be with Cerberus if he wasn't, IMO.) He kind of has an issue with Thane, but doesn't really let it get in the way of business (not like Miranda/Jack, etc). If I knew him in reality, given the people he's working with and the situation he's going into, I'd be very concerned he was not on the verge of exploding in some kind of mad rage! lol

Maybe that's his character dev for ME3. Jacob is sick of being Mr Nice Guy, and goes on some kind of biotic rage frenzy!
