I know, we're planning to start a recruitment campaign to make our army stronger, but I think you know that Jacob's popularity is low, so I don't think it will be really effective.
Everyone who doesn't hate Jacob is allowed to join UPSC.

I come in once in a while to see if there's anything new, but the thread just makes no sense now.

That whole UPSC thing went a little out of hand, you're right about that.
But we had atleast something to talk about. Because of the lack of Jacob fans there's no many fanfiction or fanart of Jacob.
I can go search for it to make this thread more serious, but I don't know if I find something good. I could also try write something by meself.
This thread will get more serious (but the UPSC will stay)!

Any help is welcome (links to Jacob related things etc.)!

Well.You should send over your ambassador more to our thread get familiar with threads crew. I cant talk on their behalf.We arent organized as you. But after getting familiar with the tali fans then you can ask help from more people.Especially from those who are expert at making vids,signs,fanfics. As personally ım writing fanfics ı can make signs. But ı fear ı alone wont be enough.

We are organized because we are a small group, not so big as the Talimancers (that Tactical situation pic decribes the situation pretty well). 
I'll order Major LuckyIronAxe to visit your thread more often, maybe I'll visit it by meself.
I'm also writing fanfics sometimes, but they're in Dutch and they are more for my own amusement.
I'll try to write something about UPSC, but I think I'll need someone with experience to help me.

We don't have a 6 star rank, General of The Army/Fleet Admiral are the highest military rank. I'm already General Of The Army and I'm planning to use Lord Hood as our Fleet Admiral. You may become a Fleet Admiral, but you need a really good reason.

Colonel it's good to see you! I think you've noticed that we're planning to start a UPSC fanfiction and because our current officers will be included you're free to choose their personalitys. You're the right hand man of the  General of The Army or mine XO (I'm a Fleet Admiral, I've changed from rank), hell you can even be The General. I was thinking to name your chraracter *insert name* Sand, but you're free to choose your own.
I've almost completed the UPSC backstory, when I'm done I'll post it here.
