I forgot about Serina, thanks for reminding me about her. I think I'll replace Claude with her. Cortana is with the Chief (Yep, he's iwith UPSC, he will get atleast a cameo), so using her as an AI won't work. UPSC likes female AI's more anyway.

I need to write Council's reaction about UPSC using AI's, that's something I can do tommorow.

Sgt. O'Shea Harris
Age: 28
Place of Birth: Chicago, Ilinois
Harris lost both of his parents early in his life and had to be raised in an orphanage in Chicago. While in this harsh environment Harris learned to look after himself and no one else. At the age of 14 he ran away from the orphanage and lived a meager existence in the streets. Through community centers and other youth outreach programs he was able to recieve a high school level education by the age of 19. However, in order to survive he joined a local street gang and sold drugs in order to pay for rent and food. One day while walking to the basketball court with one of his non-gang afiliated friends, he was targeted in a drive-by shooting attempt, although he wasn't hit, his friend was killed. Harris never forgave himself for this, and retaliated by throwing a molotov cocktail in the house of the shooter. Although the house burned down, nobody died, and only minor burns were reported by the victims. Through eyewitness testimony and a street light video recording, Harris was charged with arson, attempted murder, and later, drug trafficking. Rather than snitching on his fellow gang members for an aquittal, he was convicted for the trafficking charge and sentenced for 15 years in prison. Shortly after the trial, he was contacted by a UPSC recuiter, who told him about the UPSC Naval Correctional Program. Harris took this over 15 years and possible death in prison. The NCP was designed to help meet recuiting quotas and to deal with the rising prison population on Earth, the NCP pardoned those convicted of their crimes in exchange for 25 years of service in the UPSC Marines. Harris chose Infantry Training and excelled in Basic Training. He was soon recommended for Special Forces Training and completed a rigorous year-long training course that made him one of the most elite soldiers in the UPSC Armed Forces.

Personality and Morality: Harris is distrustful towards those above him in the rank of command, seeing them as a bunch of "rich people" who don't have the best interests of their men at heart. Harris is incredibly loyal to his men. Harris respects leaders who attempt to understand those they lead, and those who value the lives of their men. Harris dispises polictians and their inability to accomplish anything worth value for the "real people" in the world. Harris is a hard man to befriend, but if he has your back, don't expect to be stabbed there.

Jacob's a good guy. I wish his romance was better, it doesn't do him justice. They also should have had more character development for him. Oh well. Still a bro.

They probably thought Galaxy was enough, I dunno. They seemed to have tried to make a more even handed character compared to the other archetypes in use. I'm not surprised a lot of the Bioware faithful are put off by him. I'm glad though because of his disposition, some inconcistancies aside Bioware crafted a very good character in his role that would be better than any of the ODST characters (hence some of the references), much in the same way Zaeed is better crafted than similar characters in the Gears of War games.

They definitely messed a few things up about Jacob, unfortunately. His hair and the fact that for some reason his skillset is different than it was in Galaxy. And his romance could be better. He also needed more character insight in his loyalty mission. But he's a good bro for MShepard, as well as femshep if you can stomach her voice acting.
