and that is why I stay with Cerberus.

And that's why I also stay with Cerberus, but they're probably still a part of the Alliance.
Allaince is too nice to the Aliens, that's not how our species roll
Cerberus is our STG.

I have Cerberus, Quarians, Geth, united uncured Krogan and Reaper tech
I'm
happy with that.

I like neither the alliance nor the terrorists, I'm my own man

with a fleet of quarians, and army of geth, an army of racchni and an army of krogan

More power to you, but your not the only one with all the allies. It going to fun to see how all the different choice effect the end.

I didn't say I cured the krogan

I'm never curing the genophage, even if the option makes me kill wrex

The genophage was the right thing to do

I agree, even if they help us, they'll rebel after the war, their birthrate is too high.

I agree too, the risk is to high to have the Krogan unchecked.

The only thing you have that I don't have are the space bugs, I just don't feel comftarble with bugs fighting at my side and I don't trust them I know Soveraign had indoctrinated them to attack the Citadel species, but I still won't trust them.

But I'm sure the Reaper tech would be usefull, that's the only help full Renegades have.

That what is going to make the end of ME3 fun to see how your choices helped or hurt you . Also I haven’t trusted a space bug sine Starship Troopers and the Yanme’e in Halo 2.

Yanme'e......... those little annoying mother****ers, Ungogy are alteast hilarious (if you don't think that four kamikaze Grunts running after The Chief and singing the Halo them aren't hilarious....)
I always let them meet the power of The Warthog, the most awesome vehicle ever with the most awesome theme ever.

I'm personally an Alliance man myself, screw Cerberus, I have the patience to deal with the political bull****. Sacrificed the council to send all Alliance reinforcements aginst Soverign (Neutral Option, yes their is one at the end of ME 1) but reinstated an Alien council with a human chairman (Udina), and destroyed the Cerberus base, however the Neutral option counts as a renegade option in ME 2, so all Aliens hate the humans and Udina threw me to the wolves because he's using me as a skapegoat for everything that went wrong. Yet I still upload the N7 data Quest to the Alliance, and destroyed the Grey Box in Kasumi's mission to protect the Alliance aginst whatever secret it was hiding, oh, and to protect Kasumi as well I guess. This is one of the biggest differences between me and Jacob I believe, I'm an Alliance officer through and through, while he's willing to join Cerberus because he thinks the Alliance is all about politics.

I have an idea for a discussion:
What will happen if Shepard died and Jacob will become the new Shepard?
How would Jacob react to have to put up with all political bullsh*t that's normal for Shepard?
Will the crew follow Jacob?
(I got inspired by darkspawn chronicles)

Who leaves or stays really depends on when Shepard died, and what type of Shepard was Shepard.

We will set the timeline of Shepard's demise after ME 2. My Personal Shepard is dead, a heroic death of course, moving on...
Garrus and Jack were killed during the suicide mission (went on the suicide mission with only 5 loyal members because I listened to Jacob and went to get the IFF right away, Garrus died in the collector ship battle, Jack died holding the line, neither were loyal.) Thane was never recruited, so those three are out.

People who I think would stay if Jacob replaces me:
Samara- was my Personal Shepard's friend and teacher, she also takes a liking to Jacob due to his good and earnest spirit. I strongly believe she would honor Shepard's memory by staying with Jacob to help combat the Reaper threat.
Mordin- Don't really have a good reason why, but I have a feeling he would stay with Jacob.
Tali- Now Tali and Jacob didn't start on the best terms, but they were my Personal Shep's team, they would have gotten to know each other a little, Tali would realize that Jacob is a good person and not the monster she thought he was when she first boarded. Even with her little heartbroken, I strongly believe she too would stay to help out Jacob, even if it's just because that's what she thought that's what Shepard would want.
Legion- it is illogical to leave when the Old Machine threat is still at large, even if Shepard Commander is deceased.

People I think would leave if Jacob replaces me:
Zaheed- he's a Merc, with TIM super pissed off at me because I destroyed collector base and told him to **** off. I don't think Zaeed's bill would be paid for anymore.
Grunt- his battlemaster is dead, he has a clan to return to, screw the Normandy!
Kasumi- recruited her after our suicide mission (it was my first playthrough, and Kasumi DLC came out what, two months after release) so she has no real connection to the crew or cause, she'd jump boat I feel.

People I'm not sure about:
Miranda: I blew up the base and made an enemy of Cerberus, Jacob would agree that what I did was the right thing, but Miranda, not so much. I think Miranda would believe that Jacob isn't the right person to lead the Normandy, or the galaxy for that matter, and might run back to TIM and Cerberus. Or she might still have feelings for Jacob and stay with the Normandy, I don't quite know.

I have the Alliance fleet and.... the Alliance fleet, I didn't cure the Krogan (too dangerous) so they won't be of much help, I blew up the heretic Geth (I don't trust AI's), the Geth and Quarian Fleet is way too busy with their own issues (they asked me for help in deciding what they should do with themselves ,war or peace, I said I was there only for Tali’s sake, they need to decide for themselves), council races don't trust humans because I sacrificed their first council for the greater good, and I totally blew up the Collector Base so Cerberus and Reaper tech is out. Can you believe I pulled all this Renegade stuff off and I ended the game as a strong Paragade, the trick is I was nice about it, haha.

So unless I can pull off some miracle in ME 3, the Reaper fleet's only resistance will be a powerful Human Alliance fleet, and the Normandy with half her Initial crew (half of the Cerberus crew died on the collector base).
