Whats wrong with pics? As long as it's of the character there is nothing wrong with it and alot of the support threads have trolls in them.

I know they're serious discussions, but I wanted to point out that because of the high amount of people posting there it's not so easy as here.
It's 0:36 in Holland and I've just finished writing the first part of the 4t hcapter of my fic and that means that I may write something different then I actually want it to be:pinched:

I agree, nothing is wrong with pictures, but as long as they aren't obscene, and over there, quite a few are.

So is the Garrus and Miri thread. Those three threads have some disgusting pics, some off-topic crap, some BS but there is stgill alot of good conversations.

Hey guys. Finally got the "can't find your character here" thread sorted out. The priiize banner links to the priiize group. And Jacob's banner and link connect to your group and thread respectively.

No more confusion. It is heavy risk... (sorry, had to work one in there somehow...)

As for the Tali thread, it has a lot to do with what time you check in. During the thread's "dead-time" it is pretty manageable to keep up with. It's just that when it is busy, it gets de-railed way too easily by some bored regulars who have already seen every Tali subject done to death. As for pics, I haven't seen anything too bad. Occasionally a troll will post some rule 34 to try to get the thread in trouble. Or someone will post a Tali-headshot pic to flame-bait. But the mods keep on that.

That's good to hear, it started to annoy me.

I didn't knew that the Tali thread has a dead-time, there's always someone posting.

We are in our dead-time now and as you see nobody is posting,

Tali dead time is busier than every other thread's busiest time. Basically the dead-time is now. If you look at the timestamps, no one has posted in there for 10 minutes. That would be unheard of during the busy time. When the Tali thread is busy, you'll see the pages click by at an astounding rate. Anything you post will be lost in moments. Buried in pages of off-topic spam, hello/goodnight posts, and flame-baiting.

You basically just try to ride the ride as best you can. Lot of good people on there. A lot of talent too. That is the good thing with a thread getting busier. More people usually means more fan-art, fan-fics, and good on-topic discussion. You guys are already going in that direction. Hopefully it keeps up.

But in all seriousness, trolling is "largely" tied to popularity. Trolls want instant gratification for their trollishness. This thread's lack of traffic will fail to feed their appetite unless they have some insane amount of Jacob-hate in them. That and I think the Jacob-hate thread serves as an outlet for anyone who feels they just absolutely need to get their negative opinion of Jacob off their chest. Keeps them from feeling like they need to come in here.

The "Tali's face" joke thread is pretty much the same thing. A lot of the characters have threads that basically serve as flame bait to tick off the fanbase. The "engine room" thread is there to tick off Miranda fans. The "after she acted like that" thread is there to tick off Ash fans.

Like I've said before, just ignore them. Haters are gonna hate. If they violate forum rules, pm a mod.
