Hm, for my it looks like the actual topic is Jacob's outfit. Constantly referring to supposed previous off-topicness is off-topic, and you were pursuing to mention it.
To stay on-topic myself I will (like you just also did^^ now take part in the current discussion...

The armor idea is indeed a good one imo. I doubt that you will be able to customize squadmate armor ever again (although it would be nice), so they should give Jacob at least some real heavy armor. Even the mercs have better outfits (despite the colors maybe).

I have no desire to be on topic on here, nor do I care if on topic discussions sprout up while I'm pointing out current off topic discussions towards those who are being off topic....

Huh? It wasn't that bad. It was no real trolling.  I don't want to second guess the mods but maybe just a warning would have been enough. On-topicness seems to be enforced a lot lately, which I appreciate though.

The appearance packs are really cheap. When I get my pc working (or an new one) I'll get all of them. Although some squadmates don't need one. However Jacob does. It is neither real armor, nor is it an appropriate uniform to wear on the ship. It's something in-between. I don't like it at all since it doesn't fit on the battlefield imo.

Since it would be an outfit to be worn by Jacob in ME 2 they would give him the Cerberus insignia 100% I think.

He's a cerberus officer, so that makes sense. I like the cerberus colors and I like Cerberus, som I'm okay with, hell it can even be pink, only if he gets some proper armor.

As Kal'Reegar and Ugly Shepard have proven, real soldiers do wear pink. Jacob could pull it off.

He was was also trolling in the Tali thread, this is not the only reason.

The only squadmates I use are Garrus, Legion, Miranda and Jacob. I've spent my M$ points on a DLC for another game inplace of the appearance pack and garrus broken armor isn't that bad. I'll buy a fixed Legion or Jacob with armor.

Well, the thing about the giving him armor is that you have to account for his romance scene where he removes his "shirt". Can't exactly remove armor as fluidly but I suppose it might just revert him back into his original/loyalty outfit.

I always change the teams and bring everyone with me regularly, so for me it makes sense. New Legion outfit would be really interesting.

Dressing in 1980s fashion may become the next big thing in Cerberus! But he would have to cross over the logo if Shepard makes him abandon Cerberus.

We under stand that, as for the appearance pack No More Sunglasses. We need Jacob is some good assault armor. @ Gash The idea of pink armor
