Why Garrus? He doesn't seem to really care that he's with Cerberus, he even said to me "I wish we joined them sooner." I agree with him, but imagine a TURIAN trying to join Cerberus....

Paragon Garrus, taught him not to throw people aside for justice, however if there is no other choice (Balak and Vido) then sadly you will have to let the people die, but the whole thing Dr. Heart I showed Garrus you need to care about the people you are sworn to help.

LMAO. I am a Paragade, and I also taught him to be a Paragade, I loved at my save ediotr and this is how Garrus scores are

Garrus
Paragon: 4

Ya I decided to tell Garrus to let Dr.Heart live so we can find out what the hell he was doing, had to kill him still but this did teach Garrus. Thats why it's 4 for Paragon.

regarding Jacob quitting Cerberus...in every playthrough of mine i never took him with me against the giant reaper...and on ship after i take it from his words that he is with me on leaving Cerberus...loyal man if u ask me...loyal to Shepard that is

Both Jacob and Miri are loyal to Shepard by the end of the game, so is the Cerberus crew on the crew and many other characters (Tali, Mordin, Garrus, Thane, Samara considers you a friend and Grunt)
