Wish they would have had better lead ups to the arguments too. Since your crew hardly talks to you and never talk about each other, for the most part, and they never leave their posts it seemed really abrupt. Yeah, Miri and Jack disagree but why is Jack randomly attacking Miri? It didn't make sense and since it was only one of two instances of conflict it felt really out of place. I like your idea of Jacob seeing Thane do something... at least there is some flow to that conflict.
