Hi !
I bought a Dragon Age T-Shirt some days ago, and i'd like to track my order.
But since i used Paypal, i didn't registred to the Bioware Store.
The tracking link sends me to a webpage where i'm asked to log in And so i can't because i didn't even registered an account...
Is there any thing i didn't understand, or there is no way to track an order when paying by PayPal ?

When checking out with paypal without creating an account through the Bioware store, i do not believe it's possible to track the order. The Bioware store would normally email you an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation...and they would provide you with an order number in the order email and a tracking number in the shipping email...but since they don't know what your email is since you didn't create an account, I don't think you can find out. You may want to try emailing the support staff at the Bioware store: (service@biowarestoresupport.com) ...though since I assume you don't have an order number to give them, i would specify exactly what you ordered (what T-shirt? how many? payment method? the date purchased? etc.)

I still didn"t recieved anything by email, but i recieved my Enchantement?! shirt today

However, you could add on the bioware webstore a short message explaining that Paypal users won't be able to track their order (or force buyers to register, i think it would be easier for everybody !)
