i've been told by ea customer support that the cerberus dlc is only available to use by the gamer profile that downloads it.

so if i download it, my fiance, who has his own gamer profile on our console, wont be able to play/use it?!?!?!

this just doesn't sound right!!

i cant check it myself cos its a surprise anniversary pressie for him.
i downoad it on mine, and the above is true, then he wont get half his present.
i download on his, and he'll know he has the game

if you have the game, the dlc, and more than one gamer profile on your console, will you do me a huge favour please

sign into the gamer profile that you DID NOT download the dlc with.
pop into your mass effect 2 game, and see if you have access to the cerberus stuff...
