Alright so maybe I am just doing something wrong, but here it goes.

I am well into the game at this point as I am fulfilling my fourth treaty mission in Orzammar. The other three major areas are complete, and I am saving Denerim for last. My party is Male PC (Mage) + Alistair + Leliana + Morrigan. Aside from relatively trivial issues regarding the fact that I have failed to impress Morrigan with my general dogoodery (sadly she was not present in the Fade to see me making pacts with a succubus), I really don't understand the supposed romances in the game.

1) Leliana is at +100 influence with me. I've given her tons of gifts, exhausted all of her available dialogue options and found her mommie's precious little flower. Is there something else I am supposed to do to trigger her romance?

2) Is it too late for me to work on Morrigan and try to get her romance going on the side? I'm the kind of guy who likes to have his cake and eat it too, you see. And I got Flemeth's Grimoire for her during my second treaty, so she's had it now for about 1 and 1/2 "regions" worth of events and adventuring. When is this supposed to trigger her personal quest? Did I do something wrong because I found the book in the Circle Tower without her in my party, and didn't get her mission to find it beforehand? I just found it and gave it to her. Got some influence. Now I've had a quest sitting in my journal doing nothing for a while now.

Also, she's chilling at like 20 influence. Whatever I did to ****** her off early on has kept her rather cold and distant. I have the Golden Mirror from Orzammar and a couple of shiney things. Will that be enough to make her open up? What else can I do?
