23 tops. Dwarf O's seem most flexible to me, since with commoner you could well be anywhere from 20-30 years old. (I could be wrong since I'm not sure if they say whether your sister is the elder or not) Not too sure about dwarf noble, but being the older sibling of Bhelen who damn well looks to be at least halfway through his twenties I'd pin it between 27-35.

Bhelen says he was still 'considered' a  not much more  than child not too long ago. Since it's not really pinned down whether the DN is closer to Bhelen or Trian in age, it's not really relevant to the DN but I think Bhelen calls you "little Brother (sister)" in your conversations with him as a DC.

Talking of ages, they seem to have "done an Oblivion" with Awakening since all the children seem to have been eaten: the only kids you see are in the Fade, as I recall.

I respectfully disagree, on both counts.  But considering that it's a largely subjective issue, no matter.

He acts quite young and boyish, but if you get his approval high enough that he opens up too you he is actually quite experienced. He also tells you that he killed a fellow crow who he loved for betraying the order and later found out that she didn't, this is also the reason he came to ferelden, he was intending to commit suicide by attempting to kill a grey warden.

Morrigan: very early 20's - I think she's a lot younger then most people think she is, She's had a pretty rotten and abusive childhood after all so her coping mechanism will make her look older and more mature then she really is. Her inexperience in so many matters is obvious once you scrats the surface, if she was older she would've bristled under flemeths strict direction and escaped by now.

Alistair: late teens or very early 20's- Word of god, his behavior and the fact that he is a virgin. He's still young enough for it to embarrassing but not strange, for somebody who is obviously somewhat socially competent.

Leliana: early to mid thirties. - We know she looks younger then she is and her evaluations about her former work and her new career as a lay sister is more in line with somebody of that age then somebody younger.

Zevran: Late twenties - He's obviously not that old and senior in his career, but he's also no longer just starting out.

Sten: in his forties - He's senior in the military, but still very much on full active duty. that's the age bracket you generally end up with.

Oghren: Late thirties, Early forties. - Guess work, it all depends on how long it took for Branka to be named a paragon and how much younger/older he was then her when he married her. Still seeing his well developed alcoholism on one hand and on the other his ability to still function as a warrior I'd place him around this age.

Wynne: round and about fifty/sixty? - With her white hair, a child that she had a long, long time ago and the Aneirin quest I'd place her around this age. Still she is difficult to place as different dialog choices seem to point at different ages.

PC's:
HN: Just out of his/her teens - Old enough to be taking temporary responsibility in that world, young enough for it to mentionable like it was.

DN: in the twenties - Young enough to launch your career as a commander, Older seems unlike for a first command as son of a king.

HM: Early to mid twenties - The harrowing seems like a graduation ceremony for your M.M. more then for your B.M. (I guess that would make you a tranquil)

I haven't played the other origin stories yet.

Didn't notice this until now but if thats the voice actors suggested ages and not the characters then my question is; where were they hoping to find a 500 year old actor for Shale?
