I just put in Mass Effect 2 into my Xbox 360 and got an update, which I downloaded. Then I let the game load up again and apparently I don't have the Cerberus Network available to me anymore? I haven't played Mass Effect 2 for a good month and I saw they added a new achievement. I had already put the code for the Cerberus Network code on my Xbox 360 and it worked because I played and beat the Mercenary mission(have the achievement too). Is there anyway I can retrieve my code back because I don't have the code anymore? I do have the ea.onlineregister.com code, but I don't know if they would help me with this problem.

I don't think there is any way to retrieve a used code. However, this does sound weird. Are you saying you cannot access the CN on the main menu or are you getting some error message for dlc when you try to load a saved game? If it's the latter you could probably try to re-download the dlc. If you cannot access the CN altogether, then I don't know. Are you using the same xbox as you originally did when you redeemed the CN code?

Thanks for the reply, but I am not getting an error message when I try to access CN. It's telling me that I have to redeem a cerberus code or purchase access to Cerberus, when I had already put my code in when I first got the game. I also tried to re-download the CN, but it says I either have to put in a code or purchase it from the marketplace for 1200 MP. And I can also load up and save my previous game saves without a problem and yes I am using the same Xbox that I orginally played the game on.

Put in a support ticket through EA. **USE LIVE CHAT!** Happened to me when the game first came out. You will have to provide Xboxlive account name and email i believe. They can straighten it all up for you. Your codes are easily viewable to them. only takes them a second once you tell them whats up.

Thanks for the reply. One of my friends over Xbox Live gave me EA's customer support number and I gave them a call and they fixed. Glad to have the CN up and running again. Thanks for the heads up.
