Please help i cant get my Blud Dragon Armour!!

i just got my copy from gamestation which came with the 2 codes, 1 for the Shale thingy and the other is the armour, i've put in the code for the Blud Armour but it says this code has been allready used???? AM I BEING RIPPED OFF WTF? did anyone else get this problem?

If it is a new/unused copy - please contact the retailer (or EA support). If it is used, it is likely the codes were already redeemed by a previous player.

the same is happening with me. brand new from amazon. enter code under d/l list and nothing happens, no status or anything.
