i would have to say  tali and grunt its tech and rute force how can it possibly go wrong

Tali's character story is very lovely, and whilst my wife and I love Wrex to bits. I thought BioWare did an amazing job on Grunt who replaced him.



My personal favourite though is Thane. When I saw the preview vids on him before the release of the game, I just thought he was going to be another dull assassin. But when you get to know his background and hear his voice...he is a very well done character.

i agree with you i will admit that thane is an amazingly well done character and his mission is fun to play and wrex was awsome too especially when he would say he ate people

first i liked thane & grunt now it's kasumi & grunt

1) Tali'Zorah & Jack (I thought that I was gonna hate Jack, but her FFTL trailer actually made me like her, and using her in game made me love her)



2) Legion (same deal as Jack; thought I'd hate him, but ended up liking him so much, I hacked the game so I'd have him right from the beginning in all my new games)



3) Mordin (if I need to explain why, there is no hope for you)



I know it's corny but I like all (okay, most), of the new squaddies; they were (mostly) all incredibly well done and I'd be sad to see any of them missing in my ME 3 squad. . .







. . .except for Zaeed; the only good thing 'bout him is the fact that his mission gets you a flamethrower. Whenever I finish it, he rots in his room with the rest of the Normandy's garbage.

Kasumi for her witty remarks and awesome personality, legion for being just geth and plain awesomeness. (plus widow sniper rifle)

1.)Legion.He does the native dance of his people,and uses the X98 Widow.Very.Useful.

2.)Miranda.Smokin' hot with a ice queen demeanor,but surprisingly soft and vulnerable when she opens up to you.And she gives you steamy,kinky biotic sex.And to top it off,extremely useful in combat.

3.)Tali.Clumsily cute,and oh-so cuddly.Too bad she isn't that useful in combat(goes down too often,and only has a shotgun).

Alright - Tali
Indifferent - Jacob
Dislike - Jack, Zaeed

Reasoning for awesomes:
Mordin - Very funny, interesting conflict between wanting to preserve life and designing the genophage modification.
Legion - First geth to ever speak to us, looks like it might have emotions, it looked embarrassed when Shepard inquires about using N7 armour for repairs.
Thane - An interesting conflict between his job, his spirituality and morality.
Miranda - Possibly biased as a Chuck fan but her underlying vulnerability was interesting. While Jack also has this, her demeanour is much more unlikable. Miranda blaming Joker after the Collector attack really annoyed me though, it was totally irrational, seemed out of character.

I usually run Tali and Legion. I know it's two techs, but I love the RPG aspect of it. When I'm not running those two it's usually Tali and Mordin, simply because Mordin's awesomely hilarious.

I also ascribe to the 3 tier system.  Long range with Legion, Medium range with Shep, and Short range with Tali.  Seems to work well. 

Yeah....I'm one of THOSE Tali people lol. What can I say? She's awesome
