DLC is unauthorized and it wont let me install new DLC i purchase

Recently after installing awakening i keep getting a error saying my DLC doesnt go with my account. Now in the download list it says they are all unauthorized except for the ring the belt and awakening. Is there a bug with awakening or did something happen to my account on a side note i also recently changed my password
