@Kordas - Is it true old characters have their old themes back? Because if they do: awesome. Awesome to max.

Yup, as far as I can telll they're essentially updated versions of the old themes.

I'm not counting Puzzle Fighter because that was more of a novelty game.

Seagloom, check out this link: http://vgm.shxmedia.net/ssf4/
You can download at least a good portion of the soundtrack there, along with the newly added character themes. There are some good ones in there, and they finally did Vega! (It might make you want the game even more)

They're just placeholder until an actual CD comes out though. With the exception of music tracks Interplay released for the IE games years back, I prefer to rip all my own music. Unless those MP3s are at least 320kpbs and made from a good converter I'm not interested. They're probably better than what I have now, but not enough to be worth the added effort. It *does* make me want the game more though. I almost died when I heard Balrog's theme again. (Hate the character, always loved his theme.) Also love hearing some of those SFIII tracks again. Makes me nostalgic.
A few of these were mangled though due to the style. I was so excited to hear Gen's SFA2 track until discovering how they butchered it.

This was a midnight release pickup for me (on the 360), I love Street Fighter. It'd be fun to play against you guys. If we have enough people, we could do Endless or Team battles. Or even a little tournament as Kordras suggested.![]()
Sweet, someone else!

I was hoping for a bonus disc with the soundtrack myself, but I heard they only had that released in Japan. Not sure though. It definitely makes me feel nostalgic too! In this game you also have an option to use those character themes instead of the stage music, which is awesome. I think you have to beat arcade mode first though to unlock that setting.

Oh and shoot me a PM if you guys want to beat my scrub ass at this game. Currently representing my favorite 3S characters Makoto and Ibuki.

But yeah, having so much fun with it. Back to using Blanka/Honda now though, Hakan was not working for me, heh. Me and a friend unknowingly destroyed our sleep schedules tonight when we accidentally stayed up playing until 4 AM... Time flies in Street Fighter. O_O
