About a week ago I reformatted my HDD and backed up my ME2 saves. I started a new game plus (importing my ME 2 completion file), but since I had formatted my HDD I didn't get to start the game with any advanced training ability. During my second playthrough, once I attained my first advanced training power, I realized that it had no skill points allocated. Upon retraining my powers, it seems I only have 42 points instead of 52 at level 30.
I assume this is realted to the HDD format and the clearing of my achivements (which was why I couldn't pick a bonus power starting my new game plus). Is there any way to fix this and get my 10 skill points back for the full 52 (aside from a glitch)?

By level 30 you should have 51 points not 52. As you're on PC this is very easy to fix: just download Gibbed's save editor (search for it - easy to find), load your save into it, expand the 'Player' menu and enter 9 where it says 'Talent Points'. Save it then load the save in ME2 and you should have the points ready to be spent.
