What is it, exactly, that they do? Can they use two-handed weapons, and will it be effective? Can I make a two-handed using battlemage with tons of damaging spells to do straight-up damage? I don't know how you use them. :c
A quick question about battlemages. (arcane warriors.)

An Arcane Warrior uses his Magic stat to determine which weapons he can use - same as a Warrior uses Strength. You can also wear armour using your Magic stat in place of Strength to determine what armour you can wear.
As an AW, you can use Sword and Shield, 2-H weapons or go duel wield. You don't get any of the weapons skills, however, so your AW is not as good a Rogue or Warrior in melee. I also would NOT reccommend using daggers as your AW will lack the Dex to use very good ones. But you can still cast spells.
For some spells, you have to sheathe your weapons before you cast but there are a few spells you can cast with weapons drawn - Stonefist being one of them. For most of the more powerful AoE spells, you need your hands free or staff only. If you're used to playing Warrior or Rogue and want to learn how to play a mage, the Arcane Warrior is a good step in between - the best of both worlds.
