ever since i bought the game last year i have been unable to connect to the dragon age servers. it always says The Dragon age servers are unavailable at this time please try again later. soon my shale is going to expire and i would really like to play though with everything. i've tried everything i can think of any ideas would help!

That link above is not really the one to use....it talks about users who have already connected with the servers for Dragon Age and are having issues downloading. Besides most of those posts are over two months old and I have the same issues with no server available currently and can't connect. I have been working with EA support for two weeks now with no resolution to problem. They just updated me to senior level service (Lol). But now with PS3's 3.30 update which I have not made out of fear of bricking my system, EA and I are on hold till issues worked out. Trust me, am PC tech and with firewall turned completely off, no way I should not connect to their servers. I can connect to every other brand games server except EA....so must be their side having issues....Wish I had looked at this site before buying the game.....but at least they have agreed to hold the expiration date for free downloads as I can't get them till servers connected.

yes i contacted ea as well they stated they were going to keep my free downloads open to and told me they were aware of the issue but no time frame for a fix or anything hope its soon i'm about half way through the game already lol
