I have a Radeon 9000 series
I updated the driver
and nothing.
I get this message. Failed to detect supported video card.
In the specs for this game it clear states that
ATI Radeon X850 128MB or greater
Isn't 9000 higher then 850...I'm confused. I'm not a noob when it comes to pc stuff, but this driver crap is really messing me up. So am I up **** creek without a paddle? Or is there something I can do?
Can't even play....wth

No, the X850 is a later generation than the 9000. You can upgrade your video card, but if you've got a 9000 under the hood it might not be worth it depending on what the other specs are.

I think what he means is, get a new video card. But he was saying, depending on the rest of your computer, it might not be worth doing.

Having same prob with my ATI 9600pro video card not finding a supported driver. One other thing is to see if ATI comes out with a hotfix for it, as it did with Farcry3. Give it a few days I hate to say before thinking about a new vid card or computer. Most gaming companies care less about leaving alot of players in the dust with older driver support. If this game or ATI does nothing.. forget this game then!!!

There *IS* no way anyone can "fix" either of those old Radeons. The 9000 is seven years old, and is a Dx8 card. The 9600 is six years old and only has capability for Dx9.0"a", not the minimum Dx9.0"b" of the higher end X000s cards.
