I may be wrong but the box my game came in says it includes both shale and wadens keep but I only seem to have the code for Shale. Am I missing something?

Warden's Keep is only supposed to be available to the digital download purchase while the physical box has Shale.

Oh. Ok

I suppose that works but perhaps in the future they should refrain from printing, "Includes: downloadable character and quest" on their box to prevent this senseless confusion

Umm the quest is for shale. In fact there are several quests involving shale.
