So after redeeming my promo code for the digital deluxe version from Steam and getting a success message the DLCs are not showing up under 'your registered game promotions' and the code now gets an invalid message when I try to use it. The DLCs show up as available for purchase ingame and no downloads are starting.

I did register the game after redeeming the code because it took me a while to find the actual game key. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Anyone know what to do or who to contact for help? I really want to get the DLCs downloaded before I finish the game.

I have a similar problem. Only that they don't show up in-game. They don't show up on available content, download progress or installed content. But they DO show up here at the social network page. I even doubled checked to be sure that I didn't have two accounts, but I only have one.

Unfortunately the unofficial FAQ doesn't really help much for my issue. The problem for me is that I redeemed my promo code (which was accepted) and then registered the game afterwards. Ever since then the bonus content doesn't show under registered game promotions and the code is apparently invalid.

The next step is to check out this and then consider contacting EA.

For games bought through Steam, it may be better to contact their support instead.

My redeemed content says:

"UNRECOGNIZED ITEM
An unknown promotional item has been found. Urecognized items will still be available and recognized by the system and game they are intended for."

I had it since yesterday evening first the DLC worked. However since this afternoon it says unauthorized content in the DLC menu in the game.

I only have on bioware account, I tried relogging clearing download cache etc.. but nothing has worked so far.

I got the same problem I sent them an email but still no reply.
