How about just one female squad-member, hell, a single female named character who's not considered an old woman by the standards of whatever race they're part of (not counting Kasumi because she's DLC, generic as hell and you can't have a conversation with her), who's not just waiting breathlessly for maleShepard to tell her to get her ****** out.

This. ME3 doesn't need more LI. Just flesh out the ones we have, and maybe add Kasumi and Samara to the list.

30 is only past prime if you're talking running backs and pronstars. And no to Miley Cyrus as a model. Miley Cyrus as a model and VA... I would honestly blow my brains out if one of my squadmates started talking like Miley Cyrus.

They're the singers in a Russian band called t.A.T.u. 
Lena is the one with the curly red hair, Yulia has the black pixie-cut.
They're well-known both for their music and the way they portray it... for a while, they played off the lesbian image.
I'd add pictures, but  I actually don't know how to do that.
Still, I recommend looking them up.
