Yes, I admit trying to win her over from both sides in the game of love. 'Twas fun both times.

Well the default in-game appearance of Leliana is terrible.
However, I personally enjoyed the character since my very first play through.
And ofc she is stunning in the SA trailer.

Far too matronly for my tastes but I wouldn't call her unattractive.

Now if Leliana were voiced by Melissa Disney, instead of Pepé le Pew, she would be perfect.

I never really saw a point to sparing Majorlaine, since it's pretty clear she won't give up on killing Leliana.

Her voice actress IS French as opposed to Mel Blanc who did Pepe le Pew and wasn't.  That accent isn't fake and it ISN"T even close to Pepe le Pew.

I don't know about everyone but I on a superficial level I love her playfulness, her physical beauty and her apparent grace. I find it funny and sweet how girly she is, but not annoyingly so.

On a more emotional note, I find her endearing. She is conflicted about a lot of things despite her upfront faith. In fact, I think Leliana goes through personal conflicts every day and she resolves them too and that is what is so amazing about her.

I love that it is she who shows herself the path, but then she convinces herself that it was you, the PC, Marjolaine, or the Chantry.

I love her unwavering faith; as a man of doubt (IRL) and the character I am currently playing, it is refreshing and sometimes, it does help us go on.

I love how she veers between Leliana the Bard and Sister Leliana.

I enjoy her sense of humour, her unconditional appreciation for your PC, and her non-judgemental, forgiving views. I happen to also appreciate the human element she brings to the Chantry and the Maker.

As for Leliana in the game... I like that you can mold her into 2 very different characters yet in she feels equally true in both forms. And that in either form, you can see the other hiding behind. Perhaps, were Leliana a real person, she would be hard and unhard in perfect quantities.

Leliana's default face is beautiful. Not a "classic" beauty, or a modern Hollywood type of beauty, but those are artificial standards anyway. I don't know how anyone could say that the Leliana that came with Dragon Age is ugly. I mean, just look at those lips.



(I never thought the Sacred Ashes version was at all pretty, by contrast. Not her, and not this AlleyKatze person she is supposed to be based on.)



Her voice is amazing and her accent is gorgeous. Her voice actress is the best in the game, and in a game with the caliber of voice talent that Dragon Age has, that's saying something.

Also, I agree that her default face morph is beautiful. I don't feel the need to use a mod to replace it.

Not a huge fan of her, every time I start a romance with her I get bored and finish the game single. And yes I've done all the dialog, so no there is no huge thing that I'm missing. Just not a big fan.

I got it..  Next expansion..   prequeal to orgins..   in orlea, durring the time of he days as a bard.  Im sure she had some adventures with a group once or twice./.

I accually like morigans voice much better than lils,  well not much, but i do like it more.  As far as looks, I think lil is definatly cuter.


as for todays hollywood beuty standards?   Please its like watching ugly clones roll off a shelf.  3/4 of the people out there they call hot today are just down right anorexic and ugly..   Paris hilton?  makes me wanna hurl.  why people think no butt, and nobby knees.. and a featureless face is hot is beyond me.

wanna check out hot, Erin grey from 1070's buck rogers or perhaps linda carter, wonder woman..  or even today, oliva munn   Now they are beutiful girls

You know you can always lvl her up a bit in 2 handed and improve her melee a ton.  She comes default with a bunch of boxes from rogue skills, so basically you pass on the next few lvls and just add that in.  she really isnt bad.  She is lvl 5 when you get her, So basically they are doubling her ablities.. If they put them in 2 handed vrs archery she would be way over powered.

Yes, I think the same. I don't really like that other face of hers, I prefer the default one in DA.
