If the code was accepted you should be able to download the content ingame. It might not be accessible right away. Give it 30 minutes and make sure you reload Dragon Age: origins. If its still not up. Eh, Contact Bioware, the server might have glitched out so bad you'll need their help getting your content.

Make sure you're signed in to your account in game.

I got the book right away but when i got to camp the staff and helm is not offered from the vendor and his son.
How do i get them?
