Incisor for all...(unless you don't have Cerberus, then Incisor for some).
Though I'd love to see BW add more character content, I don't see how they can unless they bring all those VAs back in or they had the forsight to pre-record. Barring an expansion, most new content will play more like N7 missions: mostly quiet with a celebratory "We've done it" or "That ought to do it."
Some hacker found prerecorded Conversations/Scenes for a Liara Shadow Broker DLC, so we should see that somewhere down the road...

SO, true... still when an actor signs a contract, the terms that come with it almast always include future involvements also. The thing is if the money spent vs money earned analogy is profitable.
Still, I really don't want to see a Liara DLC. Really... she always seemed cold to me (colder than Miranda...), never had any memorable lines and I am fed up with the members in my squad.
KEEP IN MIND THIS... I don't know about Zaeed but they had already reserved Kasumi a spot in the Normand (Port Observation). And with no more vacansies for squad rooms I think Bioware is over with adding more people to the crew

You didn't explore her dialogue trees, did you? Out of the enitre squad, she is the one who cares about Shepard the most, romance or no.
From what I can tell from the video, Liara doesn't become a squadmate at all, she just briefly comes with you during the mission, then abruptly leaves afterward.
Furthermore, if you'd play ME1, you'd see Liara wasn't always the ***** she is now, and a DLC leaves the door open for her to improve.

I was aware of that, hence why I said most new content. But thank you for sharing nonetheless.

Ah, the almightly dollar, that is the key.
Also, Kasumi had prerecorded bits and placeholder graphics stored on the disc, either intended to be included on day one or to be finished post production. Seeing that they followed through with Kasumi, it is reasonable that they'd eventually follow through with Liara's DLC. Probably not as a squadmate, or at least not as a full time squadmate. Some of this I feel may be left over from the fabled 'alternate opening' much like the Normandy crashpack seems to be a leftover from this, but that's just baseless speculation.
Seeing how the ME1 DLC was, I'm not going to hold my breath, but it better be a giant 20 hour expansion pack, I Don't want to play a new game because than I would have to planet scan again.

Liara has become a lot more like her mother and the position she seems to take by the end of her DLC doesn't hold promise of improvement. Personally I like the new Liara a lot better than the ME1 Liara.

Don't you get the Long service bonuses at the start of a new game? I get I think 255k of each mineral at the start of a new game. Haven't had to scan in several playthroughs
In ME, Liara was an explorer type student. Since being aboard the Normandy and the whole Mass Effect plot, and seeing Shepard die, the Alliance sit there and do nothing. Mass Effect 2 portrays her as though something innocent and beautiful has finally seen how the galaxy works. It has broken her heart and she refuses to let anyone take control of her. So from the point where you see her, she still has feeling for Shepard(even if you didn't romance she is still fond of him). But she has her own work to do, and is possibly a little bit broken inside.
Why all the fuss, all it is, is the Bioware Bizare 2.......the DLC features all the items that were accutioned off during the Bizare now as DLC. the catch is that in order to get it ,you have to pay 9,500 MS Points LOL...Joking of course! I hope it is ALT PACk 2 which would have the rest of your squades alt outfit and Liara DLC and Romance Pack... Here's to next week coming quick, I can't wait
no offense to you guys, but incisor rifle would be a big disappointment to everyone who already owns it. i'm hoping it will be something that is new for everyone!

Yes something "new", But i dont have the incisor lol. New or not idc. Im getting it.
They could always charge for the Incisor, aswell as bring something new out for the CE owners. This way everyone gets what they want and no one is left out.
