And if the expansion carries many choices that should be imported to ME3, there will be big trouble.
Not everyone buy DLC.

Not everyone bought Bring Down the Sky and yet it had an import decision. There's nothing stopping BioWare from releasing an expansion for ME2 that offers additional choices and consequences.

Shadowbroker hunt is real to me, other than are fake.

the liara audio files that were hacked is legit just like kasumi. as for kaiden or asheley it would be cool to gain them after the suicide mission and re recrute them into a slot that was marked out from a squad mate being executed
