Can you have it where Alistair does Morrigan's ritual and then you kill the archdemon saving everyone?
Can you do this in the ending?

Yes if your a guy refuse to bed with morrigan and she'll suggest to ask alistar to do so. Then you can still kill the archdemon and take all the credit.

Absolutely. This is the route I tend to go, since I like the implications of Alistair's kid (and the heir to the throne, by extent) being an Old God. Very interesting storyline, that.
