ETA: I also notice that it now has both DLC in the Downloadable Content menu even though they're both (presumably) properly in place.

Okay, I am stupid. I didn't realize that neither BDtS nor Pinnacle Station were compatible with patch 1.02. I had both DLCs installed and I was playing the game just fine. I then ran into some glitches that patch 1.02 is supposed to fix and then started teh game up again. I got a message saying that the game couldn't be loaded because it couldn't find either DLC. So I reinstalled the first patch and BDtS with no problem but after I restored the Pinnacle Station folder from the Recycle Bin, the game still won't let me load a game because it says it can't find PS.
A little help please?

If you merely restored PS from the recycle bin, I imagine you're missing some sort of registration that will make the game realize it's there.
BTW, they are compatible. In fact, PS comes with 1.02 IIRC.
