I suppouse this has been already said but (pc) ME2 cutscenes look like crap on higher resolutions, its really game breaking.
Is there any fix to this problem??

As far as I know there is no fix. It's too bad that the Xbox 360's limitations have an effect on the PC version as well. Right now 720p isn't the worst thing in the world but look at how badly Knights of the Old Republic has aged. The cutscenes in KotOR using in-game Xbox graphics look terrible now.
